JOIN US FOR A FUN DAY AT THE BEACH

Activities may vary depending on weather and ocean conditions and may include:

• Tandem surfing
• Body-boarding
• Beach Obstacle Course
• Fun Beach Games

All necessary equipment will be provided to ensure a safe, fun, and memorable day at the beach. Participants should bring personal items such as a towel, sunscreen, a change of clothes, and any other comfort items they may need.

When we wrap up the activities, we will hold a fun-filled awards ceremony, celebrating each participant’s accomplishments. Every surfer will receive a Best Day Team Surfer medal to commemorate their achievement.

At the conclusion of the event, we will provide lunch for all participating kids and our volunteers. We are unable to provide lunch for participants’ family members. This allows us to manage costs and plan effectively for our program.  We do not offer special meals for dietary restrictions or allergies. If this applies to you, please plan accordingly.

Our Schedule:

8:00 a.m. Volunteers check in and venue set up

8:30 a.m. Volunteer meetings and training

9:30 a.m. Participants check-in opens and are matched with their volunteer Beach Buddy

10:00 a.m. Volunteers & Participants gather together on the beach for welcome and warm up exercises

10:15 a.m. Beach Activities Begin!

12:00 p.m. Awards ceremony & group photo

12:30 p.m. Group lunch

1:00 p.m. Participants are free to depart

1:00 p.m. Volunteers are required to take down, clean up and pack up

2:00 p.m. Everyone is free to leave
